1) Schedule for the day:

· 2:00-4:00pm  All Percussion Rehearsal at HWF

· 4:00 Full Band Rehearsal at HWF

· 6:00 Band Eats (remember to bring $)

· 7:00 Parents and Band Supporters Begin Eating

· 7:30 Band Photos

· 7:45 Bandparent Assoc. Meeting

· 8:15 Premiere Exhibition of “The Heist”

· 8:30  Parents Stumbling Around  (Otherwise known as the Parent March, where parents attempt to follow their students through a performance on the field)

These times are estimates, so be prepared to have fun, but be flexible.
