Reminder to all parents and students: The “Family Fest” event has moved into the southwest Howard Wood Field parking lot tomorrow, Saturday, July 31. Parking and Breakfast with the Band will be at the northeast (visitor side) of Howard Wood Field.
We’re very excited to introduce to you today the new LincolnBand.org! We have redesigned the site to better represent the Lincoln Band and to make sure people that follow us online get the best information.
Here on the new website, you’ll find:
- A redesigned calendar with a refreshed event list
- Updated information about being in the Lincoln Band
- Check your ISA Balances (to come later in the season)
- Other various design and content improvements
Don’t forget, we also have a Facebook Page! Make sure to like us to stay up to date and add your photos from this season!
This season will be exciting with our show “Fiesta de Verano,” and we hope this new website helps get you excited too!

Remember, Spat Camp starts in less than a month! We hope you’re getting excited for the 2010 Season!
That’s right… The 2009-10 school year is already over! We congratulate all of our seniors on their graduation from high school and towards their next step forward in life.
Lincoln High School’s Graduation is at 7:00 PM at the Sioux Falls Arena on Sunday, May 23rd.
If you are playing with the band, please be at the VIP/Bus Doors in the back of the Arena no later than 6:15 PM. You need to be dressed in black with your horn. Triple check to make sure you have everything for your horn! There will be no one able to run back to get you something at the band room!
Don’t forget to grab your summer sectional schedule too!
Once again, congratulations to all of our seniors! We wish the best of luck to you, and we hope you have memories that will last a lifetime from your experience in band.
